BLÅ! (...og grøn og brunviolet) /BLUE! (and green and brownish)

Her er så lidt af mit indigofarvede garn. Jeg lavede et mellemstærkt indigo-bad .

Jeg farvede dette garn, som var ufarvet (picture1):

Det her var farvet med krap i forvejen til klar rød og derefter behandlet i indigobadet indtil det ikke blev mørkere (picture2):
Dette var farvet med birkeblade i forvejen. Det er samme farve som det grønne stof (se posten d. 28.04.06). (Picture3) :
Jeg farvede også dette garn, der var meleret i lyse- og mørkegrå, og i forvejen farvet farvet med birkeblade. Garnet til højre blev behandlet i farvebadet flere gange end det til venstre (picture4):In English:
Here is a litle of my indigo-dyed yarn. I made at semi-strong indigo-dyebath.
Picture1): I dyed this yarn, which was uncoloured.
(Picture2): This was already dyed with madder to at bright red and then treated in the indigo-dyebath until it didn't get any darker.
(Picture3): This was aldready dyed with birch leaves. Its the same colour as the green woll (se the post of 28.04.06).
(Picture4): This was a light grey and dark grey yarn, which was already dyed with birch leaves. The one to the right was treated in the dyebath more times than the one to the left.
