In English:
That was a good weekend!

I visited Ribe Viking Market. I just ment to buy a few things for the summer (and Ribe is the place to get everything), but as it happens you hang on. It was so hyggeligt. I saw Fjordboerne (some of them has a secound identity as Odd'ere). I bought a needle case made of leather, 3 glass beads, and and a felted hat with fur trimming (picture (and isn't the trees just beautiful. If you visit Denmark, come here in May!). I'm looking forward to meet the summer evenings warmly dressed.
Not that it was nessasary this weekend: 20-25 C (68-77 F). I can't believe we suddenly have such warm weather. Both because its only the beginning of May and because it was so cold and snowy for such a long time, much more than usually. So I went around in my shift, so very unauthentic, but what can you do else, if you want to avoid heat stroke.

I had brought my little sisters shift, but I didn't sewed so much on it as I thought I would. Instead I did get to taste a lot of good mead, and som sort-of-good Polish (or German? I don't quite remember) mead. There was a party in the langhus ("longhouse"? the big hall anyway) with a folkband, but the warm weather and the heat in the langhus in combination with the music seemed to lull people into a thrance, so the party mostly took place outside. It was a great party...

Got to know a few new people. Its quite nice that now I know some of the people I meet at markets. The first two years was a neverending stream of new acquaintances, and I can't remember so many people's names anyway. Next markets: Wunjos little market and then to Karmoy, Norway with Lokes Frimænd. Looking forward very much to that.
