Godt nytår / Happy New Year

In English:
Another year gone and what a year :D. And I look so much forward to see what this new year has to bring me.

The boyfriend and I celebrated New Years Eve together. It is the first time in....eh..ever, that I haven't been to a party on New Years Eve.
The boyfriend did magic in the kitchen and made us Indinesian Shrimp Soup (picture2). Yum yum! And it was accompanied by some great beer, a Danish stout and Hoegaarden (Flemish/Belgian) wheat beer. We had a great and cosy time, and after the Tour de Family of last week, it was nice to relax and enjoy to be home and be together.
It was nice to be able to relax completely after yul (which has been wonderful, but also very exhausting).

Now I also feel "crafty";) again. It always takes a few months after the hectic market acticities of the summer before I feel like doing crafts again, but now I'm ready.
A needlebinded tent anyone?:D

I really like that Hoegaarden beer. It sounds like you had a nice cozy New Years. Isn't it nice to have a guy who can cook? My husband is a great cook too (although I end up cooking most of the time). Congratulations on the new apartment, hope you have a great, craft-filled new year. :)
